The teen rapper, whose real name is Danielle Bregoli, has been “working hard for the past few years and made a positive decision to take some much-needed time off to attend to some personal issues,” reads a statement to her 18.4 million Instagram followers.
For several weeks, the 17-year-old has been “in a treatment center receiving and continuing to receive professional support. She loves her fans and has promised to return better, and healthier than ever,” the statement continues.

Bhad Bhabie has impacted the Billboard Hot 100 chart with three releases across 2017 and 2018, and she struck a global publishing deal last year with Pulse Music Group.
A Florida native, Bhabie rose to viral fame back in 2016 after coining her “cash me outside” catchphase while appearing on Dr. Phil.
