Beyonce Knowles’ “Baby Boy” featuring Sean Paul cruises to a third week in a row at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and a fourth on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart. The next three spots on the Hot 100 remain unchanged, with Nelly, P. Diddy and Murphy Lee’s “Shake Ya Tailfeather” at No. 2, Lil Jon & the Eastside Boyz’s “Get Low” featuring Ying-Yang Twins at No. 3 and Chingy’s “Right Thurr” at No. 4.
Elsewhere, 3 Doors Down scores its third top-10 hit on the Hot 100, as “Here Without You” jumps 13-8. “Kryptonite” previously went to No. 3, while “When I’m Gone” topped out at No. 4. “Here Without You” is also No. 14 on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Tracks chart and No. 26 on Modern Rock Tracks.
New singles from a host of major artists crash onto the Hot 100 this week, led by Missy Elliott’s “Pass the Dutch” at No. 48. next album, “Try This,” arrives Nov. 11 via Arista. Farther down, Wyclef Jean’s “Party to Damascus” featuring Missy Elliott lands at No. 90, while the Barenaked Ladies’ new single, “Another Postcard (Chimps),” bows at No. 95.
Chingy’s “Holidae In” featuring Ludacris and Snoop Dogg is the Hot 100’s fastest-growing track at radio, and rises 21-18. The fastest-growing track at retail is MercyMe’s “I Can Only Imagine,” which jumps 76-72.
On Billboard’s Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart, Tim McGraw’s “Real Good Man” is No. 1 for a second week, but Gary Allan is nipping at his heels with “Tough Little Boys.” That cut jumps 5-2 and is drawn from Allan’s new MCA Nashville album, “See if I Care,” which debuts this week at No. 2 on the Top Country Albums tally.
Veteran rock artist Sting adds another feather to his cap this week, as remixes of “Send Your Love,” the first single from his new A&M album “Sacred Love,” jump 3-1 on Billboard’s Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart. It’s Sting’s first No. 1 on this tally; his previous high came with “Desert Rose,” which reached No. 5. “Sacred Love” debuts this week at No. 3 on The Billboard 200.
Staind maintains its lock on the rock airplay charts, with “So Far Away” leading Modern Rock Tracks for a fifth-straight week and Mainstream Rock Tracks chart for a tenth.
