It’s been bubbling for some time, and according to an alleged screenshot of a “Release Confirmation” from Columbia Records and Beyoncé’s Parkwood Entertainment, Beyoncé: Volume 2 will hit the internet on Nov. 14.
The purportedly leaked image lists 11 tracks, including cameos from Nicki Minaj (on both the “Flawless” remix and a presumably bootylicious jam called “DONK”), Rihanna (on “Cherry,” which could be the rumored remix to “Blow”), and Justin Timberlake.
Funny that JT would be featured, since, if this news is true, Yoncé is set to pull a Timberlake by releasing a two-part album inside a single year. (Timberlake topped the Billboard 200 with both The 20/20 Experience and The 20/20 Experience, 2 of 2.) Beyoncé: The Complete Edition will allegedly go on sale along with Volume 2 on Nov. 14, with a four-disc physical edition heading to stores on Nov. 25. (That’s one place where the news gets fishy: the document has Nov. 25 as a Monday, when in reality it’s a Tuesday.) Said to appear on the other discs: 28 music videos (!), a Mrs. Carter Show World Tour collection, and HBO’s On the Run Tour concert film. Here’s the image making its way around:

Is it true? Billboard reached out for a comment and hasn’t heard back. And as mentioned above, there is a glaring mistake regarding dates in the image.
Will Beyoncé change her plans now that the surprise might be out? We’ll certainly see — Nov. 14 is only 11 days away. The Beyoncé album topped the Billboard 200 with 617,000 copies sold in the first three days, becoming one of 2013’s biggest sellers almost instantaneously. By the 10-day mark, 991,000 copies had been purchased. If Volume 2 is really happening, it’ll be interesting to see if Queen Bey can keep up with Taylor Swift, whose 1989 is estimated to achieve the highest sales week since 2002, with estimations pegging its debut week at more than 1.3 million copies sold. The final tally will arrive this Wednesday.
