Beyoncé shook up her Coachella set on Saturday night (April 21) by inviting one of her most recent collaborators to the stage for what appeared to be one amazing dance party.
The festival headliner and J Balvin struck collaborative gold with their remix of the Colombian reggaeton star’s smash single, “Mi Gente,” in 2017. At Coachella, she and Balvin reprised the hit, grinning ear to ear as they danced together with Bey throwing a few salsa moves into the mix.
The song was a banger to begin with, but the brass infusion provided by Beyoncé’s massive marching band behind them took this version of the single from great to unforgettable as soon as the beat dropped.
Balvin, clearly, agrees, and shared his all-caps feelings on his Coachella cameo after the performance.
