This weekend marks Beyonce‘s return to the stage after the birth of daughter Blue Ivy, and the R&B star’s not denying the butterflies.
“I feel a little nervous,” the new mom said in a “Making of Revel” video documenting the extensive build-up to her three-show run in Atlantic City. “It’s a little strange, but it’s important that you don’t lose yourself and still have your own passion. I’m back to work, I’m back to business.”
The intimate video captures Beyonce rehearsing a stripped-down version of “Halo,” working on choreography and plotting the show’s set design, among other preparations.
“This is why I didn’t sleep last night!” she says, gesturing to a floor full of photographs.
