Avril Lavigne has kept pretty quiet on social media following the mid-December confirmation that the pop singer was suffering from an undisclosed health issue. Fortunately, Lavigne has given fans a bit of encouraging by announcing that a new music video for the previously released track titled “Give You What You Like” will be released to accompany the upcoming Lifetime television movie Babysitter’s Black Book.
Watch a teaser of the “Give You What You Like” video, which Lavigne released on Monday night (Feb. 2):
Babysitter’s Black Book premieres on Lifetime on Feb. 21, and the “Give You What You Like” video will likely be released before the end of the week. The song is featured on Lavigne’s self-titled studio album, released in November 2013 and spawning the Hot 100 hits “Here’s To Never Growing Up” and “Rock N Roll.”
Last month, Lavigne also announced that she has written a new song titled “Fly” for the Avril Lavigne Foundation in support of the Special Olympics. The song will be released prior to the Special Olympics World Summer Games, which will be held July 25-August 2.
