
Riding high following a career-boosting performance at the recent Ultra Music Festival, Swedish producer/DJ AVICII will take center stage at Ovation Hall at Revel in Atlantic City on June 16 for the resort-venue’s debut EDM show.
The concert at Revel, presented by Ash Alliance and At Night, will be the closest the Grammy-nominated artist will get to New York City on this tour. Tickets go on sale Tuesday, May 8 at 10 a.m. EDT at revelnightlife.com .
Revel opened its doors on April 2 with an eight-week preview which culminates with the resort premiere on Memorial Day weekend when Beyonce performs live for the first time since last summer. A fourth Beyonce show was just added for May 28 after the first three concerts sold out.
AVICII topped the Dance/Club Play Songs chart in late December with his hit “Levels,” which reached No. 60 on the Hot 100. Later this year he’ll release his debut album, “The Battery Pack” and is playing the festival circuit, including Lollapalooza and the Electric Daisy Carnival.
