
After the singer August Alsina fainted and fell off the stage Monday night during a concert at Irving Plaza in New York City, he was forced to postpone a show he was slated to play in Cincinnati on Tuesday evening. Last night, TMZ reported that Alsina suffered from seizures — possibly brought on by exhaustion — after his faint, and he remains in treatment.

Alsina is in the middle of lengthy tour — his website lists 35 dates over the next 3 months — in support of his major-label debut album Testimony, including a date opening for Usher at New York’s Madison Square Garden. He has a few days before his next show, which is supposed to occur on Friday in Detroit. He follows that with a performance in South Bend, Ind. on Saturday, and Kansas City, Mo. on Sunday.
