DMX was supposed to release his new album “Here We Go Again” on June 28, but that date has come and gone. Any word on a new release date for the album?

After various delays, DMX’s album “Here We Go Again” is due Oct. 11 via Ruff Ryders. The set’s current single is “Give ‘Em What They Want,” which hasn’t yet set the charts on fire. It spent one week, July 16, at No. 25 on Billboard’s Bubbling Under Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
All five of DMX’s previous albums — “It’s Dark and Hell Is Hot,” “Flesh of My Flesh, Blood of My Blood,” “…And Then There Was X,” “The Great Depression” and “Grand Champ” — debuted at No. 1 on The Billboard 200. He is the only artist in history to see his first five albums debut on top of the album chart.

Just wondering, how did Jasmine Trias’ debut album sell in her first week? I think the album dropped on July 12.

Jasmine Trias’ self-titled debut album opened at No. 11 on Billboard’s Top Heatseekers chart with sales of 5,000 copies in the United States, according ton Nielsen SoundScan. The ClockWork release fell off the chart the following week.
Trias was the third place finisher in the third season of “American Idol.”

Who sang the song that goes “Sometimes you’re the windshield, sometimes you’re the bug,” and it had a verse about the Louisville slugger. The singer was female and I believe it was out in the early ’90s? Any information will be greatly appreciated.

We in the Billboard charts department put our heads together and concluded that it’s likely that you are thinking of Mary Chapin-Carpenter’s “The Bug.” It reached No. 16 on the Hot Country Songs list in 1993.
