When other top DJs left trance for dead, Armin van Buuren Sets Record On Dance/Electronic Albums Chart
Van Buuren paid a visit to Billboard‘s studio to discuss his forthcoming follow-up to 2013’s Intense – which produced his Grammy nominated single “This is What it Feels Like” – and the making of his new single “Another You” ft. Mr. Probz. The Armada Records boss also reflected on the passion that trance fans bring to his performances.
“It’s more than just music, it’s a lifestyle for a lot of people,” he said. “People are just living and breathing trance. It’s beautiful.”

Van Buuren also unveiled a new remix of “Another You,” courtesy of German artist Pretty Pink. The Armada signee imports acoustic guitars and understated percussion to lend the original a low-key, mellow feel.
“I love the direction she took on this remix of ‘Another You,'” says van Buuren. “The song itself is very upbeat and happy sounding, and she brought a whole other romantic dimension to the song with this remix.”
