Ariana Grande is getting back to her roots…acting roots, that is.
The former Nickelodeon star will host Saturday Night Live in March, the show announced today. She’ll also serve as the musical guest during her March 12 stint. She last appeared on the program in 2014.
Grande’s third studio album, Dangerous Woman, will reportedly drop at some point this year.
Saturday Night Live marks a high-profile return for the singer as she ramps up promotion for her album. Considering the venue, it seems likely that she’ll be given the opportunity to laugh off some of her headline-making incidents from last year. May we suggest a reprise of Miley Cyrus’s SNL monologue song “Sorry I’m Not Perfect”?
