
The Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office is on scene after a body was found at Apple’s Cupertino headquarters on Wednesday (April 27).
The Santa Clara County Fire Department was called to the scene for a man “with a wound to his head,” but was then told to stand down, a spokeswoman for the department told The Hollywood Reporter.
The person was found in a conference room on the campus and was pronounced dead at the scene. According to the Mercury News an emergency call was made around 8:35 a.m. reporting that a Hispanic male was found unresponsive; it was not clear if the person was an Apple employee.
No additional information was immediately available.
A request for comment from Apple was not immediately returned.
