A trio of Latin superstars — Marc Anthony, Chayanne and Alejandro Fernandez — are teaming up for a U.S. tour that will kick off Aug. 17 in Houston. The artists plan to rotate opening and closing slots throughout the run, sources tell Billboard.
Tickets for about half of the 15 confirmed shows on the Clear Channel Music Group-promoted tour will go on sale Saturday (June 18). Those shows are Houston, Laredo (Aug. 19) and El Paso, Texas (Aug. 21), Mountain View (Aug. 27) and Rosemont, Calif. (Sept. 1), Wantagh, N.Y. (Sept. 3) and New York (Sept. 5), according to Clear Channel’s CC.com.
Prior to the joint outing, Anthony will be in South America for a seven-show tour that opens July 16 in Caracas and closes Aug. 13 in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
