European electronic music trade conference Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) is to be held on Oct. 23-25 this year.
Registration has opened for this year’s ADE, which is organised by Buma Cultuur, an offshoot of the Dutch rights organization Buma. Around 2,000 industry delegates are expected from over 36 countries, while 600 acts will perform at 30 clubs and venues in Amsterdam.
“With the growing global support and after the huge success of 2007, we are confident that ADE 2008 will bring even more international artists and industry professionals to attend, and that the conference [will] be sold out again,” said ADE’s general manager Richard Zijlma. “The challenge of growing bigger and better than last year’s edition is on.”
