The American Idol Live! 2015 tour will hit the road for a 37-date tour kicking off July 7 at Eckerd Hall in Clearwater, Florida.
Tickets for the tour — which hits several major cities including New York, Chicago, Houston, and Nashville — will go on sale this Friday.
In a change from last summer’s tour, the trek will feature a live band. Last year’s Idols performed with a slimmer show, singing to backup tracks.
As previously announced, the lineup will include the final top 5 singers. Billboard previously reported that the remaining top 10 singers may open shows in their hometown cities.
The tour will wrap in Riverside, Calif., on Aug. 28. Tickets for the Aug. 27 show at The Mountain Winery, Saratoga, Calif., go on sale Aug. 20.
