Vagrant Records has set a 33-date label showcase tour for the fall. The outing, which will feature Alkaline Trio, From Autumn To Ashes, No Motiv and Reggie & the Full Effect, kicks off Oct. 29 at Minneapolis’ the Quest club.
Alkaline Trio will be touring in support of its fifth album, “Good Mourning,” which debuted in May at career-highs of No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Independent Albums chart and No. 20 on The Billboard 200. The set has sold 137,000 copies in the U.S., according to Nielsen SoundScan.
No Motiv is the first band ever signed to Vagrant, and will be releasing its third album “Daylight Breaking” early in 2004. From Autumn To Ashes will release its debut, “The Fiction We Live,” in mid-September, while Reggie & the Full Effect — aka Get Up Kids keyboardist James DeWees — released its second album, “Under the Tray,” in February.
