
Yesterday (June 30), surrounded by candles, Alicia Keys took seat before her piano at New York’s Beacon Theatre for a special performance, “Piano & I: A One Night Only Event with Alicia Keys.”

In celebration of the tenth anniversary of her first studio album, “Songs in A Minor,” Alicia Keys performed an incredible set, from covers (DeBarge‘s “Stay With Me,” Mary J. Blige‘s “Real Love”) to her own classics (“Empire State of Mind,” “Fallin,'” “A Womans Worth” and more).
Keys closed the night, which was live streamed by AOL Music and Vevo, with an encore, performing Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 “No One” (2007).
A few hours later, Alicia Keys took to Twitter to thank her family and fans for the night. “Just coming from 1 of the most unforgettable nights of my LIFE!!!! What a celebration! Sending love 2 EVER[Y]ONE who was a part of this moment,” Keys tweeted.
