Jeff Aldrich has been named senior VP of A&R at the RCA Music Group. Aldrich will report directly to Barry Weiss, chairman and CEO RCA/Jive Label Group and will be based in the company’s New York headquarters.
For the past eight years Aldrich served as senior VP of A&R at Warner Bros. where he worked with artists such as Seal, Disturbed and Faith Hill.
Prior to Warner Bros., he held the same position at Giant Records, where he worked with Disturbed, Kenny Wayne Shepherd and Letters to Cleo, among others. Prior to Giant, Aldrich worked for Chrysalis Records for 13 years where he held several positions, serving both as head of A&R and executive VP.
