Tawn Albright has been tapped to lead Ticketmaster’s Nashville-based Echo operations in the position of GM and VP, effective immediately.
Echo is a direct-to-consumer digital marketing firm specializing in creative positioning, web development, advertising, sponsorship procurement, digital and fulfillment distribution of music, and other “personality-based merchandise. Echo claims some 300 celebrity and corporate clients. Ticketmaster acquired the company, then known as echomusic, in March of 2007.
Albright, a three-year veteran of Ticketmaster, recently held the post of VP, corporate development, at the company. Echo CEO Mark Montgomery, who co-founded Echo in 1999, is exiting his leadership role at Echo to pursue other entrepreneurial ventures. Echo will remain headquartered in Nashville.
