One day after Kim Porter tragically died at age 47, singer-songwriter Al B. Sure! honored her memory on Instagram. The two dated in the early 1990s and had one son together, Quincy Brown.
Al posted a throwback black-and-white photo of the couple, captioned with a reference to the Jodeci song he produced, “Forever My Lady.” The 1991 smash hit was inspired by the late model and actress.
Porter suffered cardiac arrest on Thursday (Nov. 15) after dealing with pneumonia for several weeks, according to TMZ.
