ADA Latin, launched by Warner Music Group’s ADA Worldwide in July 2020, has secured global distribution deals with key players in the Latin music industry, including respected record labels and renowned artists.
In less than a year since the division’s launch, ADA Latin partnered with indie label Cosmica Records, Worldwide Records helmed by EDM veteran Toy Selectah, Grammy award-winning artists Carlinhos Brown (Candyall Music), and Eduardo Cabra (La Casa del Sombrero), among others.
“We’ve joined with many of the greatest creative talents in music, and being able to partner with these influential players in our first year of business is a credit to the vision and expertise of our highly respected powerhouse leadership team,” ADA Latin’s managing director, Juan Paz, said. “It’s also a testament to ADA’s value offering within the independent distribution space and our strong commitment to the region and its incredible artistry.”
Headquartered in Miami and operating across Latin U.S., Latin America, Spain, and Portugal, ADA Latin has “built out a global leadership team focused on serving the Latin space with custom partnerships and unmatched offerings.”
Other major signees include Roberto Andrade (NIÜ Records), Fernando Costa, Catalonian label Halley Records, reggae act Rawayana (Broccoli Records), urban Colombian label King Records, Brailizna funk label Furacão 2000, Brazilian funk star MC Livinho, Venezuelan artist Adso Alejandro, Peruvian rapper A.C.O., and Puerto Rican singer-songwriter Raquel Sofia, to name a few.
