Mark Bingham has left his post as program Manager at U.K. broadcaster Absolute Radio.
The station commented on his departure: “Mark has made an amazing contribution to the station in the seven years that he has been here and we wish him well for the future.”
Sir Richard Branson launched the station in 1993 as Virgin Radio. He sold to U.K. media group SMG in 1997.
In June of this year, the company was bought by Mumbai-based Times Infotainment Media Ltd. (TIML) — a division of media giant Times of India Group — and on Sept. 29, it was re-branded as Absolute Radio.
