Abigail Breslin has put out a few songs in the past. This time, you can call her Sophomore.
The Scream Queens actress released her debut single “Sleepwalking” under her new stage name on Monday (Sept. 17), and it’s a glistening dreamy punk-pop song that is undeniably catchy. The tune tells the all-too-familiar tale of a lover that only wants to hang out when the sun goes down, or as Sophomore puts it: “When nocturnal terms of affection come across as daylight rejection.”
“And you’re still sleepwalking in and out of my life/Only to call at the end of the night,” she croons in the chorus. Listen to the full song below.
