Ryan Adams continued to celebrate the release of his new self-titled studio album with a fancy guest appearance at his Thursday night show in London. Playing at Shepherd’s Bush Empire, he brought out Johnny Depp for some extra guitar on a pair of songs during the encore.
And next, it was “Kim,” the second track on Adams’ new record:
Ryan Adams debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 this week, with 45,000 units sold, according to Nielsen Soundscan. No prior Adams record — and he’s had many — has ever charted so high.
After a few more European dates, Adams begins his North American tour Oct. 1 at Santa Barbara, CA’s Arlington Theatre.
