Enrique triumphs with a total of 27 chart-topping songs, a score far surpassing the charts’s no. 2 artist, Luis Miguel, who has 16 no. 1s. Gloria Estefan comes in third, with 15 chart toppers, while 11 of Ricky Martin’s hits reached no. 1 on the Hot Latin Songs charts.
Long-standing Latin rockers Maná, Mexican romantic crooner Marco Antonio Solis, superstar Shakira and reggaetoneros Wisin y Yandel tie at no. 5 in the top Hot Latin songs artist list, all with ten songs that rose to no. 1 over the last three decades.
