The upcoming concert will conclude his goodbye tour, which started back in 2012 when he announced he’d be retiring from the stage. Fernández is known as a staple in the ranchera genre, interpreting songs like “Mujeres Divinas,” “Hermoso Cariño,” “Por Tu Maldito Amor,” “Acá Entre Nos,” “De Qué Manera Te Olvido,” “Por Tu Maldito Amor” and “Volver, Volver,” among many others.
Camila will share the stage with her dad Alejandro Fernández for the first time during the 2016 Billboard Latin Music Awards, which will take place April 28. The “Me Dediqué a Perderte” singer will also be receiving the Billboard Hall of Fame Award during the ceremony, a special recognition given to artists who have achieved worldwide recognition for their work, transcending musical genres and languages.
