With Christmas season upon us and radio stations already blasting holiday classics like José Feliciano‘s “Feliz Navidad,” Billboard has compiled a list of our 10 favorite Latin Christmas tunes and how they performed on the charts throughout the years — including a few you might want to add to your Posada playlist.
Of course, Feliciano’s bilingual Christmas anthem takes the lead, as it has spent 18 weeks at No. 1 on the Latin Digital Song Sales chart each year since the chart started back in 2010. Although it’s currently No. 11 on Latin Digital Song Sales, our chart experts predict this holiday season will be no exception and it will eventually earn the No. 1 spot in the coming weeks. In 2006, “Feliz Navidad” also peaked at No. 6 on the Holiday Digital Song Sales chart.
Michael Bublé and Thalía’s “Mis deseos/Feliz Navidad” has also charted on the Holiday Digital Song Sales chart; the festive track peaked at No. 22 in 2011.
