Colombian superstar Shakira took to Twitter to announce that she won’t be able to perform at either the Latin GRAMMYs (airing Nov. 17) or at the American Music Awards (Nov. 20), as previously announced.
“Due to personal matters, I won’t be able to travel to Las Vegas & LA to attend the Latin GRAMMYs or the AMAs this year,” Shak wrote. She also said that will be with Carlos Vives in spirit. Shakira was set to perform “La Bicicleta” with Vives in both award shows.
