In anticipation of Romeo Santos‘ Golden album release, Spanish Broadcasting System (SBS) will host a series of private concerts in August.
The “Héroe favorito” singer is partnering with SBS to celebrate the release of his forthcoming album with invitation-only intimate concerts in three major U.S. cities: New York, Miami and Los Angeles.
“Romeo Santos is one of the most talented and charismatic performers in Latin music today and we’re thrilled to provide our dedicated LaMusica App exclusive users with an unforgettable live concert experience,” Raúl Alcarcón, chairman and CEO of SBS, said in a statement.
The three concerts are set to take place Aug. 9 in New York, Aug. 11 in Los Angeles and Aug. 15 in Miami. Fans can win tickets to the shows by calling in to SBS local radio stations in the three markets when prompted to do so.
SBS’ private concerts follow Santos’ intimate, invitation-only pop-up concerts in partnership with Tidal in February to promote his new single “Héroe favorito.”
During his performance in Los Angeles at the Ace Theater, the bachata crooner said to his fans, “I swear, recording an album is a great feeling but I needed this — this energy that makes me want to keep doing this forever.”
