Following the release of her latest album En la memoria de la piel, her first production after five years, Spanish songstress Rosana premieres the first official music video from the set exclusively on Billboard Friday (March 10).
The beautiful visual for the album’s title track was filmed in Rosana’s hometown of Lanzarote, Spain, back in January and directed by Iñaki Peñafiel.
The track is featured on Rosana’s recent LP, and as the singer/songwriter puts it, the meaning of the title ties in with her belief that “the skin has an odd way of reserving things and memories. It keeps sensations that we go back to perhaps through a song. For example, when you hear a melody that gives you goose bumps — that makes me think that our skin has it’s own memory, soul and life.”
