Romeo Santos revealed Monday (May 20) that he will be the first Latin artist to perform at New Jersey’s Metlife Stadium, which has a maximum capacity of 80,000 people.
On Monday afternoon, Santos announced via social media that on Sept. 21, he will perform his biggest hits and tracks from his most recent album Utopia at Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
Back in 2014, Santos played two sold-out concerts at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, the first time in more than 40 years that a Latin artist had headlined the iconic ballpark. The Fania All-Stars last did so in 1973.
Tickets for the one-off show will be available soon.
