Indie record label Rich Music and reggaetón up-and-comer Justin Quiles have signed a record deal with Warner Music Latina, Billboard can announce exclusively.
Quiles is one of the three artists signed under the Florida-based label, which is looking to expand its roster. “We are blessed to have Warner Music Latina believe in what we have being believing for the past three years, when we first signed Justin Quiles,” Rich Music’s CEO Richard Méndez said in a statement.
“We are thrilled to start our new relationship with Warner Music Latina. With their proven record we are looking ahead for an even brighter future for Justin Quiles and Rich Music.”
Gabriela Martinez, GM Warner Music Latina & SVP Marketing Latin America, added: “We are very thrilled to sign Rich Music and his artist Justin Quiles. We are committed to further amplifying his career to its full potential and at an international level. Together we will solidify their musical project.”
Last summer, the singer-songwriter earned his first solo charting set, with La Promesa debuting at No. 2 on the Top Latin Albums (chart dated Aug. 20, 2016).
