Earlier this week, Ricardo Arjona gave fans a snippet of his new song “Nada es como tú.” The Guatemalan singer and songwriter shared a preview of the first single of his upcoming album, titled Apagué la luz y escuché.
The acoustic song is set to release June 17. Listen below to a teaser of “Nada es como tú.”
Arjona also took to social media to release the cover art for the new single, which like most of Arjona’s tracks, sings to love. “I meditated in the Himalayas, went to hell and came back, kissed a goddess in Hollywood, but after all of that, I know that nothing, nothing, is like you,” he sings in the tune.
This new album follows his last LP Viaje, released under Arjona’s own label, which in 2014 debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums chart. His Viaje Tour also became one of the highest grossing Latin tours in 2015.
