Prince Royce has tuned on the fútbol mode! On Friday morning (June 1), the superstar released his “90 Minutos” (Fútbol Mode) video clip, exclusively on Billboard.
Featuring Colombian group ChocQuibTown, the song is Sprint’s official Fútbol Mode anthem. Written and produced by Royce, Edgar Barrera, Andres Castro, Jesus Herrera, Oscar Hernandez, Jose Luis Chacin and D’lesly Lora, “90 Minutos” captures what a fan feels during the 90 minutes of a soccer match.
Royce has been teasing the video clip on his social media, sharing different photos with Colombian soccer player Pibe Valderrama.
“It was like how we can get different people from different cultures to write this song, and that’s what the World Cup is about: different cultures, languages and people getting together in the stadium with their goals,” Prince Royce previously told Billboard.
The World Cup kicks off June 14 in Russia.
