
Prince Royce has joined the list of artists paying tribute to FIFA World Cup Russia 2018 with a stadium-ready anthem. This week, the singer announced his song “90 Minutos,” featuring Colombian group Choquibtown, which is Sprint’s official World Cup anthem.
“90 Minutos,” written and produced by Royce, Edgar Barrera, Andres Castro, Jesus Herrera, Oscar Hernandez, Jose Luis Chacin and D’lesly Lora, defines what a fan feels during the 90 minutes of a soccer match. “It was like how we can get different people from different cultures to write this song, and that’s what the World Cup is about: different cultures, languages and people getting together in the stadium with their goals,” Prince Royce tells Billboard.
