NBC Universo (formerly mun2) will air the 2015 Viña del Mar Music Festival (Festival Internacional de Viña del Mar 2015) in the U.S., live from Chile. The fest, the biggest and longest-running in Latin America, kicks off Sunday and will feature performances by Luis Fonsi, Ricardo Arjona, Alejandro Fernandez, Vicentico, Yandel and Reik, among others.
NBC Universo will provide more than 34 hours of exclusive U.S. coverage that will include live streaming and concert specials via multiple platforms, including TV and mobile devices.
All concerts, which take place during a six-day span at the Quinta Vergara Amphitheatre in Viña del Mar, Chile, will be streamed live on NBCUniverso.com. Concerts will be available to subscribers up to 10 days after the premiere.
In addition, the network will air a series of “best of” one-hour specials that will air Sundays at 8 p.m. for two full months, beginning March 1.
