Lin-Manuel Miranda’s powerful words from his Tony Awards acceptance sonnet have been inscribed on a t-shirt to help the Orlando victims and LGBT community.
The proceeds from the shirts, which say “Love cannot be killed or swept aside … Now fill the world with music, love and pride,” will go toward the organization Equality Cares in Florida dedicated to fighting for LGBT rights.
The Hamilton creator took to social media to announce this special t-shirt: “So here’s a thing that speaks for itself. I’m very excited about it and it’s a way you can help,” tweeted Miranda.
