Latin urban artists are, for the most part, known for the sultry and unfiltered lyrics found in their reggaeton or trap songs. Though these tracks are meant for an intense perreo dance, many of today’s urban acts also flaunt a softer, more romantic side to them in their music.
Bad Bunny , for example, has love ballads such as “Amorfoda” and “Si Estuviesemos Juntos.” Natti Natasha flaunted her versatility as an artist in her empowering track “La Mejor Versión de Mi,” and leave it to Karol G to encourage her boyfriend Anuel AA to drop a love ballad together in “Dices que te Vas.”
Most recently, artists such as Randy of Jowell & Randy and Jay Wheeler penned their feelings in romantic Valentine’s-themed songs.
Without further ado, check out nine love ballads by Latin urban artists below.
