As part of the celebration of Latin Music Week, Billboard gathered a lineup of rising singers, including Voz de Mando, Pasabordo and others, for the Sounds Showcase, which took place at Tao Las Vegas on Tuesday night.

Joel Phil, a Dominican raised in New York who recorded his new album in Colombia, opened the showcase with an eclectic mix of pop and tropical sounds, performing with a full band.
