
The highly awaited 2020 Billboard Latin Music officially starts Tuesday (Oct. 20), bringing together the best music artists and executives for a four-day immersive experience dedicated to Latin Music, culture, and entertainment.
Celebrating its 30th anniversary as the longest running and biggest Latin music industry event, the virtual Latin Music Week will feature intimate artist conversations, industry panels, workshops, and performances. Kicking off the panel and showcases at 10 a.m. ET on Tuesday is Anuel AA and Jamie Foxx as part of the “Music, Cars, and Movies” panel moderated by Billboard’s Hip-Hop Editor Carl Lamarre.
Other conversations to enjoy during the opening day include “The Latin Producer: The New Stars” panel powered by Warner Music Latina, Sony/ATV’s “Iconic Songwriter Q&A” with Nicky Jam, “Breaking Through: Latin Music Goes Mainstream” presented by MRC Data and Nielsen Music, “Dealmakers and Starmakers” presented by Lexus, and “Anatomy of a Tour” powered by City National Bank.
Showcases taking place on Tuesday include “The New Sounds From Spain and The Canary Islands” presented by DN7 Music and Mr. & Mrs. Entertainment, and wrapping up at 1 p.m. ET with Camilo, who will perform “Favorito” and “Vida de Rico.”
The 2020 Latin Music Week coincides with this year’s Billboard Latin Music Awards broadcasting live on Oct. 21 via Telemundo, with awards to be given out in 59 categories honoring the top artists, songs, albums, labels, publishers, songwriters, and producers of the year.
