Puerto Rican singer/songwriter Kany García has joined HBO Latino to premiere Kany García: So Yo En Vivo, with an exclusive first look at the trailer for the special today (Sept. 18) on Billboard.
The special concert was filmed at Coliseo de Puerto Rico in February 2019. During the show, García performed songs including “Soy Yo,” “Para Siempre” and “Banana Papaya”; Andrea Cruz, Lizbeth Román, Pedro Capó, Natti Natasha, Tommy Torres, and René “Residente” Pérez Joglar also joined in as special guests.
The three-time Latin Grammy winning artist now joins the group of HBO Latino specials which includes Farruko: En Letra de Otro, Havana Street Party Presents Orishas, Gente de Zona: En Letra de Otro, Gilberto Santa Rosa, 40 …y Contando, and Pedro Capo: En Letra de Otro.
Kany Garcia: Soy Yo En Vivo will premiere on HBO Latino on Friday, Oct. 4th at 8 p.m. ET/PT with simultaneous broadcast on HBO Go, HBO Now, HBO On Demand and partners’ streaming platforms.
