Jennifer Lopez is still reliving her epic 50th birthday bash that was celebrated on July 24 at the Gloria and Emilio Estefan’s estate on Star Island in Miami. Just five days after hitting the big five-oh, J.Lo shared a 13-minute long vlog titled “Day in my life: MY BIRTHDAY!!!”
The clip, which was published on July 29 and quickly skyrocketed up YouTube’s Trending page, documents Lopez’s special day from the moment she woke up to her party at night.
The vlog kicks off with Alex Rodriguez along with his two daughters and Lopez’s twins planning J.Lo’s surprise gift: a red Porsche 911 Carrera GTS Cabrio. Rodriguez then walks his blindfolded and unaware fiancé to the backyard, where she’s surprised by her children and step-children in the brand-new convertible blasting 50 Cent’s “In Da Club.” “I’ve never had a car like this! I’ve never driven a car, period!” she ‘fesses in the video.
Lopez then takes us to her party at night, showing off her nearly $15,000 custom gold Versace dress and arriving at the Estefan’s estate in her new car. Her fiesta, as seen in the vlog, had a star-studded guest list, a 10-tier black-and-gold cake, and many special performances including a presentation by her daughter Emme and another one from her son Max performing Hamilton’s “My Shot.”
Lopez’s magical birthday night ended with a fireworks show overlooking the Miami ocean just for her and her guests.
