If you’re a fan of J Balvin, by now you’d know a couple of things: he keeps it real on social media, he makes awesome music, and he loves fashion.
As someone who’s up-to-date with the latest trends and whose style is on fleek, it only made sense to drop a fashion collection: and that’s exactly what Balvin did during the 2018 Colombiamoda on Wednesday (July 25).
The Colombian singer debuted as a fashion designer during Fashion Week in Medellin, presenting his new collection for the clothing brand Gef France called “Vibras by JBalvin x GEF”.
“I’m very happy to be in Medellin, Colombia,” Balvin wrote on Instagram. “It’s the first collaboration I do with the brand and it’s very special because we started home. Later we’ll work on other collaborations but this one is very special for me.”
Balvin’s new clothing collection, which has palm trees, dinosaurs, happy faces, and lightning prints, reflects everything he is as an artist: colorful, cool, trendy, and fresh.
Starting from about $4 a tote bag to $45 hoodies, the collection includes vibrant T-shirts, joggers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, and accessories such as hats, socks, and fanny packs.
“Vibras by JBalvin x GEF” is available online for women, men, and children.
