A new documentary has arrived showing the progress of Puerto Rico six months after the destruction of Hurricane Maria. Rock Steady for Life, founded by break-dancer Richard Colón, takes a closer look at the widespread devastation across the island and the inspiring grassroots efforts that are uniting and rebuilding a community in need.
The video features interviews with many nonprofit organizations, including Off the Grid Missions and Waves for Water, as they promote sustainability and education across the island.
So far, Colón has completed seven trips to distribute Waves for Water filters, Luci Solar Lights and funds to support relief efforts throughout the island.
