Daddy Yankee never imagined having to sing in any language besides Spanish or English. But this week, the Puerto Rican superstar found himself singing in Chinese.
The Puerto Rican superstar is currently in Shanghai as part of his world tour, and during an interview, the reporter asked if he could sing a piece of “Despacito” — his worldwide hit with Luis Fonsi — in Chinese. Yankee took the risk, and he did it in front of the camera.
The funny moment was shared by Daddy Yankee on Instagram. “They got me to sing #Despacito in #Chinese! This is more difficult than winning the lotto,” he wrote.
