
Latin music luminaries Marc Anthony and Luis Fonsi, pop star Belinda, dance king Juan Magan, chart-topping revelations Nicky Jam and Gente de Zona, Regional Mexican phenomenon Gerardo Ortiz, singer and producer Ne-Yo and Mexican singer/songwriter Pedro Fernández are set to perform at the 2015 Billboard Latin Music Awards.
The star-studded show, presented by State Farm, airs live April 30 on Telemundo.
The incredible line-up of top talent set for the stage of Miami’s BankUnitedCenter also includes previously announced artists Jennifer López, Romeo Santos, Juanes, Natalia Jiménez, AfroJack, Wisin, Daddy Yankee, Carlos Santana, J Balvin, Carlos Vives, Julión Álvarez y Su Norteño Banda, Ana Gabriel, Lucero, Alejandro Sanz, and Roberto Carlos.
Salsa superstar Marc Anthony is a seven-time finalist for the 2015 Billboard Latin Music Awards. With 25 career no. 1s on Billboard’s Tropical Songs chart, he holds the record for that honor. Luis Fonsi’s latest album, 2014’s 8, debuted at no. 2 on the Top Latin Album chart. Nicky Jam’s “El Perdón,” with Enrique Iglesias, has been in the top position of the Hot Latin Songs chart for six weeks.
Gerardo Ortiz has topped the Top Latin Album chart five times with corridos that have revolutionized the Regional Mexican genre, most recently Archivos de mi Vida. With a prominent career of over tour decades, Pedro Fernández has recorded 38 albums. Twenty-one of his songs have appeared on the Hot Latin Songs chart, with five reaching the top 10. Fernández is currently a coach on Telemundo’s La Voz Kids together with actress and Billboard Latin music Awards host Gaby Espino.

Mexican actress and recording artist Belinda has been called “the Latin princess of pop” by Billboard. She has had four titles in the top 10 of the Latin Pop Albums chart, including her 2013 album Catarsis. Spanish producer and DJ Juan Magan topped the Hot Latin Songs and Latin Rhythm Airplay chart in 2012 with his global hit “Bailando por el Mundo,” feat. Pitbull and El Cata. His latest track, “Si no Te Quisiera,” feat. Belinda and Lapiz Consciente, reached no. 11 on the Latin Rhythm Airplay chart in February.
Cuban duo Gente de Zona became a household name in 2014 when they were featured on the Enrique Iglesias hit “Bailando,” together with fellow Cuban artist Descemer Bueno, which stayed at no. 1 on Hot Latin Songs for a record-breaking 41 weeks.
R&B singer, producer and actor Ne-Yo has achieved 29 songs on the Billboard Hot 100, including two no. 1s. He collaborated with Pitbull, Afrojack and Nayer on 2011’s “Give Me Everything,” which took the top spot. Ne-Yo’s most recent album, Non-Fiction, debuted at no. 5 on the Billboard 200.
The 2015 Billboard Latin Music Awards ceremony will also count on the participation of artists including finalists Alexis & Fido, Kevin Ortíz, Luis Coronel and Plan B, plus artists Mariana Vega, Martha Sánchez, Pedro Capo, Fifth Harmony and Arthur Hanlon.
