With the NBA Finals taking over Cleveland’s Quicken Loans Arena (June 7), the Cavaliers are looking to stop the Golden State Warriors’ winning streak. Before the showdown for Game 3 begins, Rascal Flatts will take center court to perform the National Anthem.
The multi-platinum country trio — comprised of Gary LeVox, Jay DeMarcus and Joe Don Rooney — recently debuted their party song “Dance” off their 10th studio album Back to Us, which dropped May 19. “The album is perfectly titled because we came to the realization not too long ago that we’re okay with who we are,” DeMarcus told Billboard last month. “It’s okay to be us. People fell in love with us for a reason, and we tried to identify what those reasons were, capitalize on them, and highlight them on this record.”
Rascal Flatts follow previous NBA Finals National Anthem performers Carlos Santana and Train‘s Pat Monahan.
Game 3 airs tonight on ABC at 9 p.m. ET.
