Luke Bryan’s Crash My Playa returned for its sixth year in Mexico and the country singer’s famous friends were in tow for the music festival. While Bryan headlined two nights of the four-day festival, Jason Aldean and Old Dominion served as additional headliners, while Lady Antebellum’s Charles Kelley was a surprise guest.
In several social media posts, Bryan’s fellow country singers and friends raved about his sold-out festival as well as tried to make plans to spend every January in Mexico. “Always a blast when I get to hang with my boys @lukebryan and @charleskelley. @crashmyplaya will never be the same,” Aldean captions a photo of the three friends together.
Adds Kelley on Instagram, “A little bit older but still having the same fun.” Kelley served as a surprise performer when he joined Bryan and Aldean on stage to perform several songs.
Additional acts who attended and performed at the festival include Dustin Lynch, Lee Brice, Scotty McCreery, Granger Smith, Jordan Davis, Jon Langston, Tenille Townes, Caylee Hammack, Kendell Marvel and DJ Rock.
Crash My Playa launched on Jan. 22 at the Moon Palace Cancun resort in Mexico, and entailed four days and nights of performances including daytime poolside sets by numerous country acts.
Crash My Playa is expected to return for its seventh year in 2021.
