Jake Owen stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! for a spirited performance of “Down To The Honkytonk” and “Made For You” on Tuesday (Nov. 13).
Alongside a full band, the singer delivered the foot-stomping “Down to the Honkytonk.” With his signature deep tenor, Owen chanted the here-for-a-good-time lyrics. The country star also performed the slower love ballad “Made For You” as a web exclusive.
Nov. 13 happens to be host Jimmy Kimmel’s birthday, and Owen was more than happy to join in the celebration. “Should probably take @jimmykimmel Down To the Honkytonk for his birthday tonight,” he tweeted.
Jake Owen also stars on USA Network’s Real Country, which airs Tuesdays 10:00 p.m.
