Amidst circulating rumors over Dolly Parton‘s health, the 69-year-old country icon has issued a statement declaring she is in good condition and does not have stomach cancer.

“It is true that I had kidney stones,” she said. “I had them removed three weeks ago and I am doing just fine!”
Parton’s statement continued, saying she is back to work after the operation has been busy: Last week she was filming parts for the NBC biopic Coat of Many Colors at her Dollywood amusement park, she said.

She also promoted Dollywood’s 30th anniversary, pointing out she did a full week of activities promoting the park’s new DreamMore Resort’s opening.
“There is absolutely no truth at all that I have stomach cancer,” she said in closing. “I love and appreciate everyone’s concern.”
